Tiny humans inspire us. Watching them as they learn and grow serves as a way point directing Plum on our mission. As a NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) nurse Kellsie understands what it means to support families as their child develops. As a mother she knows what it means to feel supported. Plum is excited to have Kellsie helping us as we refine our approach to serving our patients.

Passion and a mind set based on serving others are key elements of Caitlin’s character. As a charge nurse in a NICU Caitlin comes to Plum equipped to support families. She loves helping children and believes in the importance of providing excellent care.

There is office administration and then there is Plum’s level of office administration. Marissa grew her career overseeing the operation at a large scale surgical practice. Her ability to keep Plum connected with our speciality resources while building a deep relationship with the parents who’s families we serve is key to Plum’s overall healthcare approach.

Plum welcomes our very first intern. Harley is at the very top of her class at Midland Christian. After graduation she will transition to join the nursing program as Lubbock Chistian University. Harley aspires to become a Nurse Practitioner. Plum is here to help inspire and mentor her as she embraces her passion for helping others.

FAMILY ASSISTANT
Katie is focused on minimizing distractions facing our providers that if left unchecked could prevent them from achieving their best work. Bottom line reduced distractions and focused activities lead to better healthcare. In addition Katie is also continuing her education in the field of childhood development. This intense program will put her in a strong position to continue to support & serve the Plum organization well into the future.
