Amanda Hughes

PROVIDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Amanda has a passion for tiny humans and has devoted her life to improving their lives. In 2021 Amanda & her husband Ryan welcomed their son Theodore into the world. As a mother she quickly knew it was time to expand her commitment to the community by building additional pediatric services to address the needs of the underserved Midland/Odessa metro area.
Plum was born out of her desire to help children reach their full potential.
Let’s start by explaining the letters… Amanda’s 16 years of experience has been accumulated in and outside of the hospital setting including securing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. The alphabet after her name says a lot about her areas of expertise, but what it doesn’t capture is the compassion she shows to families in need and her attention to the details that matter most in healthcare.

Daniela Onzures
DNP, APRN, CPNP-PC
PROVIDER
Daniela is a compassionate provider who has built her career around supporting children. She cares deeply about attending to the details that inspire children to care for their bodies and pursuit of achieving their full potential. As a member of the Plum team she brings an expanded ability to care for our community while fulfilling the core values of Plum.
It’s isn’t often that Plum gets to share the experiences of our team members. Daniela’s care approach is grounded from her experiences as a pediatric nurse, and further bloomed as she completed here Masters and Doctor of Nursing Practice education. She cares immensely for the patients she serves.

Devan Reid
MSN, APRN, CMSRN, FNP-BC
PROVIDER
Devan is a passionate volunteer that believes in the values that our community has work so hard to instill. She supports a long list of organization including Aphasia Center of West Texas, Gift of Hope Cancer Center, and St Ann’s Parish. Above all Devan believe in helping children embrace their health. As a member of the Plum team she adds to our ability to care for our community while fulfilling the core values of Plum.
Plum enjoys sharing the experiences of our team members. Devan has secured degrees from Texas A&M University, University of Houston, and University of Texas Heath Science Center. In addition to her dedication to education she also humbly served the needs of patients as a member of the MD Anderson Cancer treatment team. Devan is focused on delivering excellent healthcare to the children in our communities.

Tiny humans inspire us. Watching them as they learn and grow serves as a way point directing Plum on our mission. As a NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) nurse Kellsie understands what it means to support families as their child develops. As a mother she knows what it means to feel supported. Plum is excited to have Kellsie helping us as we refine our approach to serving our patients.

Passion and a mind set based on serving others are key elements of Caitlin’s character. As a charge nurse in a NICU Caitlin comes to Plum equipped to support families. She loves helping children and believes in the importance of providing excellent care.

There is office administration and then there is Plum’s level of office administration. Marissa grew her career overseeing the operation at a large scale surgical practice. Her ability to keep Plum connected with our speciality resources while building a deep relationship with the parents who’s families we serve is key to Plum’s overall healthcare approach.

Harley aspires to become a Nurse Practitioner. Plum is here to help inspire and mentor her as she embraces her passion for helping others.

Katie is focused on minimizing distractions facing our providers that if left unchecked could prevent them from achieving their best work. Bottom line reduced distractions and focused activities lead to better healthcare. In addition Katie is also continuing her education in the field of childhood development. This intense program will put her in a strong position to continue to support & serve the Plum organization well into the future.
